Sir, I had awarranty problem with one of the Laser Bush tools. I spoke to a gentleman called Alan in the Parts Dept. I was extremely impressed with the way I was treated. Replacement parts were needed to finish a job I had started. The parts arrived on Monday morning with a courtesy note and free of charge.
