Designed to easily extract and refit the bolt-in style front lower ball joint found on the late model Ford Transit. The bolt-in Ford Transit ball joint is a very tight fit, even after the bolts have been removed, requiring tooling to pull out the old joint and fit the new one without damaging either the joint or hub. Removes the need to use heat, hammer blows or the workshop press.

  • Applications include: Transit Bus (from 2013) and Transit platform chassis (from 2014).
  • Use to remove and fit OEM ball joints: 1451917 and KT6C113K209AA.
  • Suitable for bolt-in type lower ball joint only. For the clip type ball joint, please use Laser Part No. 6614.
  • Designed to be used in-situ. Always lubricate the force screw with molybdenum disulphide grease before use.

Für den leichten Aus- und Wiedereinbau des verschraubten vorderen unteren Kugelgelenks des späten Ford Transit-Modells. Das verschraubte Kugelgelenk des Ford Transit sitzt auch nach dem Entfernen der Schrauben sehr fest; zum Ausziehen des alten Kugelgelenks und zum Einbau des neuen ohne Beschädigung des Gelenks oder der Nabe ist Spezialwerkzeug erforderlich. Macht den Einsatz von Wärme, Hammerschlägen oder einer Werkstattpresse überflüssig.

  • Für den Aus- und Einbau von OEM-Kugelgelenken: 1451917 und KT6C113K209AA.
  • Nur für das verschraubte untere Kugelgelenk. Für das Clip-Kugelgelenk bitte Laser Teile-Nr. 6614 verwenden.
  • Für die Verwendung am Einsatzort. Gewindegänge vor der Verwendung immer mit Molybdändisulfidfett schmieren.

Conçu pour faciliter l'extraction et la réinstallation de la rotule inférieure avant boulonnée présente sur le modèle récent du Ford Transit. La rotule boulonnée du Ford Transit est à ajustement très serré, même après la dépose des boulons, ce qui nécessite un outillage pour extraire l'ancienne rotule et installer la neuve sans endommager l'articulation ou le moyeu. This ball joint removal and installation tool (part number 8272) is designed to easily extract and refit this bolt-in type of front lower ball joint on the vehicle and removes the need to use heat, hammer blows or a workshop press.

It’s easy to use, just remove the lower arm and then the ball joint securing bolts. Assemble the tool according to the detailed instructions supplied, then simply wind out the bush. Installation of the new bush is just as easy.
